The Client
Prove, an identity verification and digital trust company, wanted to elevate Improve, its flagship conference, into an immersive, branded experience that reinforced its position as an innovative industry leader and generated excitement for future Prove events. To bring that vision to life, Prove partnered with Sequence to produce a series of networking sessions, engaging programming, and thoughtful receptions that came together to deliver an elevated Improve 2026 experience.
With Improve 2026, Sequence transformed Prove’s vision into a multi-day summit that brought industry professionals together to network, compare findings, and share insights. The experience left attendees feeling inspired and informed, with actionable takeaways to improve their own business security models, a stronger connection to Prove, and excitement for what’s ahead.
The Challenge
In Prove’s fourth year of the Improve Conference, the team saw an opportunity to elevate the overall attendee experience and position Improve 2026 as an event that customers would feel invested in and excited to return to each year. With attendees spanning across six key verticals in Banking, Fintech, Gaming, Crypto, Digital Marketplaces, and CRA’s, Prove wanted to create an experience that resonated with the entire industry audience, fostered meaningful networking, and strengthened Prove’s credibility as an industry leader.
A key focus was creating a more compelling product session that would serve as an engaging platform for showcasing Prove’s latest innovations. In previous years, the session had not achieved the level of engagement Prove was targeting, leaving opportunities to network and more effectively showcase Prove’s offerings on the table. For Improve 2026, Prove wanted the session to capture attendees’ attention, clearly communicate the value of its innovations, and leave a lasting impression. Achieving that goal would require strong session ownership and an engaging narrative to bring the product story to life.
The Solution
Over two days at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, Improve 2026 came to life through engaging programming, networking sessions, receptions, custom activations, and an immersive brand experience that extended throughout the stadium. Sequence brought Prove’s brand to life with custom fabrications, graphics, scoreboards, signage, and branded items, transforming the stadium into a fully branded environment. The stadium had never looked more purple!
Beyond the attendee experience, Sequence led key aspects of event execution, from creative strategy and custom scenic design to AV production, transportation, venue planning, staffing, speaker management, and onsite production. By overseeing the experience from concept through execution, Sequence helped ensure every detail contributed to a seamless experience while bringing Prove’s value and innovations to center stage.
