POCMA 2025 NOW Summit
The Client: Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA) is an industry association dedicated to supporting healthcare marketers across life sciences and agencies operating within the Point of Care (POC) channel. Members include leaders of pharmaceutical, healthcare, technology, marketing and media organizations.
The Challenge:
- Create a dynamic program that increases attendee engagement and partner participation
- Reimagine the sponsorship program to elevate value for sponsoring partners
- Position the POC NOW Summit as the premier event in the Point of Care industry

Sequence brought a fresh approach to this annual summit, bringing together 350 healthcare marketing and pharmaceutical leaders for a full-day experience in NYC focused on learning, collaborating and innovation within the Point of Care ecosystem.

Sequence managed the full spectrum of design, production, and logistics—from initial concept and environmental design through AV, fabrication, and on-site operations. A key focus was the creation of an interactive sponsor marketplace, transforming traditional sponsorship into an engaging, experiential environment that delivered tangible value for partners.
